OBYX Student Competition ‘10
How would you like the chance of a paid summer internship at a leading web agency?
Are you a computing student and passionate about web technologies?
We are looking for student coders to have a go with a new web programming language, called OBYX, to produce great web-apps. In exchange for your hard work we are offering a paid summer internship to the coder with the best app/ideas.
Success
We really want to help you succeed in every way with your project, whether its for a university final year project or something that you do in your spare time. Each entrant will be assigned their own OBYX mentor from the OBYX development team who will provide support, answer questions and offer guidance.
Some interesting projects you may wish to take on using OBYX:
- Social API Integration (e.g. OpenID, OpenSocial, Google Maps, Re-captcha, etc)
- Twitter Alert systems
- Web based XML editor
- XML aggregation system
- An online game
- Something else cool
